The need for nursing training school was vivid as a means to enhance skills development among the community members within and outside Mara region. The project therefore, supported rehabilitation of buildings offered by St. Mary Kibara Hospital for initiating a nursing training school for skills development in Kibara Village, Bunda District, Mara Region. The rehabilitation was specifically to classrooms and hostels costing to Tshs 94,000,000/=. The classrooms and hostel was repaired by doing the following; overhauling the sewage system, floor, windows, doors. Then, plastering of walls, flooring, installation of window grills and aluminum, placing of gypsum board, placing of doors, repairing of sewage system and electrical wiring and connectivity. Plastering of the sewage pits and plumbing was conducted. Painting of hostels and classrooms was also conducted
